I started working out (again) about three months ago, and have still been taking the same Centrum vitamins that I have taken for several years. (Still have about a month's supply left) My question is, should I ditch them and get a multi that is more suited to muscle building / fat loss? Any recommendations, and/or reasons I should switch to something else? I'm lifting weights 3 times a week, doing cardio 2/3 times a week. I'm not bulking or cutting, just getting in better shape and lowering BF%. (Going quite well with the help of this forum, I might add!) I also take a 1000mg vitamin C once or twice a day. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I personally just take a Centrum knockoff (Equate, walmart offbrand) and it seems fine. 300 pills opposed to 250 in Centrum. 7.96 for the Equate opposed to 16.00 for the Centrum. Look at the back and they are the same. I mean EXACTLY the same. As for wanting a different one for what you are asking I cant honestly say. I cant see it making that much of a difference personally. As long as your getting yoour nutrients. Ill stick with my Equate. Leaves me more for my other supplements.

From what I understand, men shouldn't take a multi with iron in it. We get a good amount of iron from beef and it builds up. From what I hear, the only way to get it out is to give blood. (I believe I read that on the internet so take it for what it's worth)

From a couple of days ago... read Jeremy Likness' post, it's very interesting.
