View Full Version : 1/2 cup Kashi at midnight? Bad idea?

i never loved the concept of having carbs at night, but i really want to add 1/2 cup kashi to my cottage cheese. adds 70 calories of course, factored into my 2100 total, but is it going to have poor effects, having carbs so late in the day.

there is no reason to fear carbs at night
as long as your in a caloric deficit for the day you'll be right
