where did you read that? i vote no

its not terrible, just having relatively high GI carbs that late can be hazardous. try cottage cheese

Assuming that "WW" stands for "wholewheat", I thought WW bread was considered low GI? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Sure, I have that once or twice a week myself. Sometimes I will have celery and PB as well. As long as it fits your caloric/macro requirements, then I don't see a problem.

No protein. I'm not a fan of WW bread either. I consider a 'meal' of PB on bread as a cheat.

I don't normally snack at night. At least I try not to ;)

I do however work evenings and come home around 10-11pm feeling famished. I don't subscribe to the no carbs at night or no this or that. I eat what I want to eat (within reason of course). Things like a bowl of oatmeal, or oat bran or, in the case of last night, a bowl of berries with low fat yogurt, a small amount of Kashi's Go Lean and some honey. I'd rather indulge in something I like that's rather healthy than not get what I want and end up binging (as I have a tendency to do..).

Anyway, good eatin'!
