This is for a ground beef burger patty, premade but packaged fresh:

150 cals
1.5g sat fats
22g protein

is this ok? i just toss it on the GF grill

i dont see why or how it could be bad, just some people are apparently hazardous of red meat. i have both chicken, turkey and tuna as well, but im assuming this is fine, yes?

btw, a trick i love (maybe not a trick) for a burger is instead of cheese, i just use a slice of some deli meat (turkey for example).

Fat seems awfully low in that selection. But otherwise red meat is fine. I regularly eat top sirloin.

yah the fat does seem awfully low. i might be remembering the number 3.5, but it is for sure no more than 3.5g sats fats. dont have the package in front of me
