all the experts tell us with we need at least 1000mg calcium a day and can aid in fat-weight loss but apart from dairy products can anybody give us a list of other food sources rich in calcium? As feel alot of people could be deficient if they dont eat much dairy but i saw some fitness guru saying that you dont have to eat dairy at all to easily meet your target of calcium.

I personally take Calcium tabs. They are cheap and I just take it in the morning with my other supplements. I consume 1.5 cups of milk also, with my Protein shakes.

Edit: Make that 2.5 Cups forgot my cereal in the morning

Well personally I feel so much better in just 2 weeks alone. My knees and other joints are feeling great. That could also be attributed to the 13 pounds I have lost but I do think it has helped. Plus here I can buy a 200 tablet bottle for like 5-6 bucks. So really you dont have anything to lose other then a few bucks

Blackstrap Molasses: http://nutritiondata.com/facts-001-02s04au.html

I just discovered this stuff recently. One tablespoon has 17% DV of calcium. I generally use it in my protein pancakes because it's very hygroscopic.
