So I finally got back "on the wagon" a week ago. For the previous 4 weeks, I was at home on my winter break and I decided to let myself enjoy my time back with friends and family and just did matinance work on my body. 3 days of weights, 2 days of cardio, ate food within reason (didn't near bulking proportions). When I started up my program again a week ago I had only gained 1 lb apparently from the whole holiday break. I felt as though my metabolism was slowing down and I was losing too much LBM at the rate I was going prior to my vacation, so I added +300 kcals/day to my nutrition. As of this morning I was down 8 lbs... lol. I hardly use the scale for progress, but it's just a notice for you that get all upset about how the scale can drastically go up/down and whatever when you need to remember about water and sodium retention. I def. did not lose that much weight, esp. after ADDING extra food.
