Are there any disadvantages to using soy protein to supplement foods? I'm thinking of tofu, textured soy. It would make it a lot easier for me to meet my protein requirements but I'm curious if it is not a very good protein for clean eating?

Soy is one of the most perfect foods. It enhances immune system function and can lower your chances of getting some types of cancer.

Tofu and TVP are excellent foods because they're cheap, and they work along with healthy vegetables to make tasty meals. :tu:
