Hey, all, I'm a first time poster, but a long time reader.

Anyhow, my question pertains to the complexity of my schedule as a junior in high school. I've been able to exercize six days a week in the afternoons (around 5PM) steadily for the past six weeks (I started six weeks ago with a new lifestyle since I was tired of being overweight/out of shape/etc., and I'm down to 217 from 235 now and feeling GREAT). I simply do NOT have time to do morning cardio; I would, but my mother is quite domineering when it comes to her exercize hour, which happens to be in the morning. I've been alternating circuit weight training and cardio daily during my exercize time, and the results so far are working. However, I'm hoping to start a part time job soon, and when compounded with my various music activities, that's going to take a big chunk out of my time (amazingly, as busy as my schedule is right now, I still have a 3.6 GPA).

OK, my question... Is it possible to get the same results if I exercized at 9PM in the evening that I have been getting by exercizing at 5PM in the afternoon?

If it's relevant, I'm eating five or six meals a day, and those generally consist of a fair share of whole grains, skim dairy, lean meat, nuts, fruit, and veggies along the lines of bell peppers, romaine, etc. Supplements are a multivitamin and 500mg of Vitamin C extra.

Thanks in advance!

when you work out really isn't as important as getting the workout in/done, 9 pm is just as good as 5 pm, just make sure your eating a good post work out meal after and you should be fine ;-)
