My goal of eating healthy, has also turned into a save more money plan as well. I just saw this weeks Giant Eagle add (Northeast Ohio) and they had the Go Crunch priced at 2 for 5$. This is a steal as I just paid $3.50 for a box two nights ago at Giant Eagle.

BJ's Wholesale Club has a 3 pack - Kashi Go Lean, Kashi Go Lean Crunch and Kashi Good Friends for 7.99, Southcentral PA. In case anyone wants variety - my hubby likes the crunch, I like the regular.

Going to Costco this weekend to stock up on meats and Ill have to check if they got that there. I like Kashi Go Lean quite a bit. It tastes like a bland Honeycomb (if anyone knows what that taste like) Same taste, just not as honey flavored. Good still for the amount of Nutrients that are in it.

I mix mine with something called Bear Naked...i get it at wegmans, not sure whats in it (oats of some sort...and dried dates and such) its from the organic section, so i know its not processed, but 1/2 cup of that and 1 cup of Go Lean with a little skim milk makes for quite a nice breakfast :eat:
