I've posted on these boards before and I have allergies to many foods and my protein intake is very low, I have just come accross some flavourless protein that can be mixed in with food which will then get my protein intake up.

what do you guys think of this powder?
please bear in mind I cannot get my protein through food as I will be sick with the majority of foods

don't mean to be rude, but please don't turn this into a post about what I can or can't eat and why etc, I just want to know what you'd think of this powder and mixing it in with food (things like mashed potato)

Well why can't you .... just kidding. :p

Yeah I have a tub of flavorless protein powder. It helps, and yes you can mix it in food just fine. Some things of course will mix easier than others. I've mixed it in oatmeal, that works well. Eggs (scrambled, it absorbs in fine while you're cooking). Etc.

cannot find "Any Whey" here in the UK
I got some of the stuff I mentioned before, mixed it in with mashed potato last night and porridge this morning, couldn't taste it, it's great!
