I ordered some dextrose off the kent nutrition website last thursday I believe. How long does it take for it to ship and arrive normally?

They usually get it to you pretty fast--a couple of days. They just shut down for a few days because they are moving to a new warehouse--but I am sure they filled orders before they did that. But if not-- you might have to wait. But I am surprised you haven't gotten it yet. Dextrose is heavy and sometimes the shippers take longer with that.

We are down right now to take of everything necessary to bring our service levelk back up to where it was last year. I apologize for the delay, but this was an absolutely necessary move. You can email me your info and I can look into it. I was not able to find a robbie who ordered from last Thursday. Again, I apologize for this, but it was an absolute necessity. People who ordered last year can testify as to how good and how fast the service was. We want to get back to that level asap, and this was the only way to do it.

Don't mean to hijack the thread but it is related. I am planning on getting some dextrose for my PWO also. Right now I take protein with a banana after working out and about an hour later I have 1 cup of oatmeal. I have been working out for about a month, doing the MAX-OT three day split if that matters...

What is the recommendation with dextrose? I've read anywhere from 1:1 or 2:1 dextrose to protein. I can't tell if one is suggested over the other.

Do I just mix up a scoop of each, mix with water and consider that my PWO nutrition (followed up by some oatmeal an hour later)?

Is it ok to mix ahead of time, say mix dextrose/protein at the beginning of the week? This might not work if they don't mix well or one settles to the top/bottom. Anyone have experience with this?

Do I only do this after weight lifting or do I do it after both weight lifting and cardio?
