i've been eating small frequent meals for a while now.sometimes it's still hard to get used to the fact that you eat, even when you don't feel hungry. before i started, i would just eat whenever i was hungry (all the wrong things!)
does anyone else find that hard to get used to?
today i've had 5 meals. one of my meals was this no bake protein/nutrition bar with approx 200 calories. im still feeling a bit hungry..should i be adding a 6th meal?
