Thanks taffer Tue, January 25th, 2005, 06:05 PM what are your stats? Indianchap Tue, January 25th, 2005, 06:22 PM what are your stats? 75'', started at 153 after one week up to 154 lbs. I estimated BF at a bit undre 10%, something liek 7-9% BF. taffer Tue, January 25th, 2005, 07:00 PM 75" is about 6'4 right? 154 is REALLY skinny, you gotta start eating! anyway, i dont know how well you will gain on 3000calories, perhaps aim for about 3500, but dont shoot right up to this number, slowly raise calories! go for about 1-1.5g/lb protein, 20-25%fat (i wouldnt go higher than 25% fat, unless you are an ecto, which you probly are!), and the rest carbs!
