I know I have seen this covered somewhere before, don't know if it was this forum or another, so I am sorry if this is a repeat question. (I did do a search before I asked, and did not find specific enough info to satisfy me.)
My question is this: Is it optimal to mix creatine, whey, and glutamine all together in one shake? I personally was doing this before for about a week, until I read somewhere that it is bad to mix creatine with milk. (not sure why) Anyway, now I am mixing just the whey and glutamine with skim milk, and then creatine with juice (normally apple or grape). My problem with this is that I am having to take a lot more "shakes" during the day (4 separate vs 2 combined) and I am starting to skip sometimes due to hectic schedule, family, etc. I do not want to slow my progress by being inconsistent. So in short, is it ok to mix the three together, and if so, do i need to make sure that I don't use the skim milk due to the creatine? And if I can't mix the creatine with milk, what sugar/carb liquid do I need to mix with it to make sure it gets carried to the muscle tissue if any. Sorry if this sounds confusing, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
