Is it possible to burn away fat whilst also cutting? My main goal, for right now at least, is to hit 150, so i was wondering what would be the best way to go about doing that, either through cardio or weights.

Just curious, your goal is 150 lbs, what's your height?

Both cardio and weights are essential. Weight training is the only way to keep your muscle while you’re dieting for fat loss.
