curious at the differing results from the two. i actually do a mix normally, 3 fasted during week and 2 in the morning on weekends.
btw, i take an ECA stack couple times a day.
similar results or drastically different? both done at 70% of HR for 50 mins

same here...I just cant get my lazy ass out of bed in time for early morning cardio, but doing it carb-fasted at 5pm has been working just fine for me for the past few months

oh good. I loathe that 45-minute cardio routine and have avoided it for months even though I know it works well for me for fat loss. it's even more impossible to get going on it first thing in the morning so this is encouraging. if I'm going to do it at all it'll be in the evening. a carb fast for 5hrs before will be easy enough.
funny thing is I have an elliptical machine at home and I don't use it. I'd rather use the ones at the gym, or their treadmill, because the home one is unpleasant to me and I wish I'd never bought it. I put it up for sale but no leads so far.

heh...yeah, i feel that. I have a bike at home, took it from my moms in the hopes that having it at the house would lead to me doing my cardio in the AM.....yeah......not gonna happen. I'm supposed to be at work by 8:30...today, for example, I got out of bed at 8:40 :p Guess I'm just a lazy schulb after all :D
