I play soccer on two teams.
Basically my soccer schedule is like this

Tue, Wed, and Thur I pratice

Friday and Sunday I play a game..

Friday my games are very intense as I am a keeper indoors, so Im always scrambling, moving side-to-side, jumping, and things like few sprints. This is for an hour

Sunday, I play striker where I basically do lots of sprints, with few minute jogging and walking in between.

My question is this: If I incorporated morning cardio on Mon and Tue with my routine
44yard square @ 10 laps (1mile), which goes invovles Sprint 1/4, High Step 1/4, Side Step 1/4, and jog 1/4 and 45 second break on every two

and then a 1 mile jog, with any breaks I need. and a 700yard cool off walk with a 100 yard FULL Sprint.

Would I overkill myself?

This would only go on for about 5 more weeks. When Tue, Thur, and Fridays will be eliminated and I could switch those days to weightlifting days.

My primary goal is fat loss and endurance and condition

Doing sport is healthy, as long as you're not overdoing it. As long as you can feel you can do it, and you're not suffering from severe fatigue, I think it is ok to continue. But remember the most important part, you must eat according to the activity you are doing. If you eat far below maintaince, then I'm afraid that your muscle must pay the price. Let common sense be your guide, good luck :gl:

Diet is the first weapon to use for fat loss. Your edurance and conditioning got you on two teams. You do seem on the verge of overtraining, for maybe little benifit. It seems this would be better done off-season.

You be the judge, you will see what it does to you. Better than others trying to guess over the vast expanse of the net.

You may benefit from nutrition geared more towards endurance athletes than bodybuilding - meaning more carbs - Chirs Carmichael has a cool book called Food for Fitness, Eat Right to Train Right for endurance athletes.

This is all good advice, I think.

I would add -- you just need to know yourself. If the expanded schedule is helping you, then keep it up. If not, then stop. If your endurance is increasing, terrific! If it is not increasing, or you have other "side affects" (loss of muscle, etc.), then stop. Only you can determine this.

I would be careful to set measurable goals, though. How will you know if this new schedule is working? What do you want to be different? How will you know if it is different? Until you have this figured out, you'll not be able to tell if it is good for you or not.
