Lately I have had just SOOOO much energy. I'll go do my 40 min. of cardio and feel like I could go for another 2 hours. I don't know why I'm so wound up lately, but I keep wondering if extra cardio is going to inhibit fat loss. Anyone have this experience too?

You're insane :D

The main reason people stop at 45-60 minutes of cardio is to preservemuscle. Hit the weights harder, they'll take the energy right outof you!

I'm havin' a real hard time motivating myself to lift. I know some people enjoy being sore but I hate it with a vengence. I've been doin' my cardio in the am then playin' ball for a 2+ hours every night for the past week, that usually wears me out...

I'll trade you some chronic fatigue for some of that extra energy :d_frown:

When I first read this I was like "Chronic for some extra energy? COOL!" and you're from B.C. so that makes perfect sense :)
