I use the basic 1 scoop gatorade powder and 1 scoop whey.. However, after a strenuous workout where i really feel 'pumped' i bump it up to 2 scoop each which is about 320 cals. Is there an upper limit to ur PWO shake. I am cutting, and i wouldnt mind skimping a bit on a few meals to really maximize my PWO shake.

For most average joes, the general argument that any more the 45 grams protein per meal is a waste.

2:1 carb to protein ratio
0.5g/lb carb 0.25g/lb protein!

i always use 2 scoops with skim milk and count it as a meal
