Hey All,
Just a quick question, what's the best macro ratio to follow for weight loss when low blood sugar is an issue?
I'm thinking *VERY* high protein at every meal to compensate for any swings in blood sugar?
Also, is there a minimum carb level for cutting? I'm just wondering how safe/unsafe it is to cut out carbs entirely.
