Decided to do squats this morning, was on my second warm up set and CRUNCH!! My back. I am on Ibuprofen, vicoden, and valium. Trying not to take the last two though. Hurts to walk. But I only did cardio once this week. Next week should be better. Scratch that. I forgot, this is Superbowl weekend. My wife took the scale to work (a school teacher) and has not brought it back. I did well with the diet (no cheating) but still only did cardio once. Anyway I feel great and am appearing to gain some muscle. (Cant check this because the wife took the tape to school too) Anyway, I will post results Monday evening (Hopefully). I also went and did my second eval at mybodycomp... down 1.5" on the waist up .5" on the arms up .75" on the chest up 1" on the shoulders and body fat went from 20.36 to 17.85 so I am very happy with results and will hopefully get into the cardio soon. (if it ever warms up in michigan :mad: ) kane101 Sun, March 27th, 2005, 03:42 AM i first must appolgise for the no show over the last few weeks. this is because i have swamped with work and i have simply not had time. this however has ment that i have not been eating healthly and i have not had time to lift weights. however i was delighted when i stepped on the scales this morning and found that i have stayed the same at 207. sorry again. kane101 hope its all going well for you! mexican163 Thu, March 31st, 2005, 06:10 PM Long time no type. Good to hear that you are alive. :D I am at 206 and feeling real good. Took last week off and resumed this week. I will not be able to post next weekend because I am leaving town for a wedding.
