Hello everyone. Since this is my first post, I'll try to make it a good one. At the start of the new year, I have set out to loose about 80lbs ;280lbs, down to 200lbs. I really do not need to lose that much, however, at that weight I would have my desired look. My question is concerning loose skin. I am terrified of getting it. I have stretch marks on my stomach and sides, but loose skin worries me the most. To avoid this, I am gonna try to lose it safely, cardio an hour in morning before breakfast, weight training 5 days a week, plus all the running around that goes with school work and playing golf. Along with all of the physical activity, I plan using a collagen based lotion on my stomach and sides(thats where the majority of the weight is) and taking lots of vitamin e. Will this help prevent loose skin? Are there any other precautions or suggestions that you guys have? Thanks!
