Since I dropped weight from 180-150 lbs last year, I thought I've reached my dream, but after looking back to what I've achieved, I feel that I haven't reached my dream completely... You see, I lose that 30 lbs in 3 months, and I know I undereat and overtrained in order to do that, so no doubt that I've lose muscle as well. Now I also realize that I still have this layer of fat in the guts... and I think the fat cells are getting larger everytime I overeat. Anyway, I'm sure I'm not the only one who made this mistake of rushing things up. So, how do you solve this problem? How can you get rid of this last layer of fat?

Weight training with heavy weights and plenty of compound exercises.
