I have been into bodybuilding for many years and just recently stumbled upon your site. It’s so wonderful to see someone make such a dramatic change in their body in a safe and healthy way.

There are way too many sites on the web that are filled with lies and deceit just to sell a product. You however have obviously done your homework and weeded through all the misinformation on the web and have come up with a plan that works.

I suggest to every one that is looking to lose weight and change there life forever, spend some time and read through this site. Don’t just look at the pics, read his nutritional log, and read about his workouts. You will quickly learn that there is no secret pill or special “cabbage diet” that is going to shed the pounds. It is going to be hard work, but trust me in the end it will be worth it.

I read about John's story in Verdens Gang (Norwegian newspaper) last Saturday. I've been working out regulary in a gym for about a year. I was just sick of being "soft", although I can't really say I needed to loose weight. Since my eating habits have been slobby, so has by progress been. And even if I feel better working out (better sleep, more energy, better attitude), I was getting dangerously close to the point where workout was more of a duty than a pleasure. Sure it's a lot of "mind over matter", but you gotta have some fun. The site inspired me to put a little more thought into what I'm doing. I won't go to the "extreme" science of counting calories to the single digit, but I'll keep closer watch, and make sure I get the nutrition I need to actually make real progress. (MAX-OT seems king, I'm all over it! :))

I guess it also helps that I could identify myself with some of John's interests and life, in that I'm also a dog-owning, married IT professional, and have experienced the risks of the trade that lie in sitting in front of a keyboard all day and night. :)

I'm glad everyone seems to be enjoying the site!

I'll be working on shaking the bugs out and make improvements over the next few nights and over the weekend...

It's very refreshing to see a site that's really honest and informative. I can only say what's already been said -- John, keep doing the great things you're doing.
