If you have the money I'd HIGHLY recommend a solid CAP Barbell Bi/Tri bar. It is one of the single most versatile pieces of equipment I own and probably the most cost effective new. I went with the NYBB power rack and bench and am extremely pleased. The stuff is built like a tank, very reasonably priced too w/ free shipping. Can't hardly beat it. |
