That was interesting. It said 13% for me, and that navy measurement said 18%. I think I need some calipers

he is thinner but out of shape..his bf% is about 10%-13%. I would say you are between 15-18%.

good question. I have no clue what my bodyfat is either. Dont own a caliper or anything. Where do you think I am at? (ballpark guess?) I'm 6'2" and seem stuck at round 208. Seems heavier than I should be. Thanks

If I had to guess I'd say you were at around 13 or 14%. Try the link posted by Lootrok a few posts up. That site asks for a lot more data points than many of the other websites, so hopefully it's more accurate.

I measured again at home and got about the same score for the above site.

I went to the site Lootrock mentioned and it put me at 16.8%.

that website put me at 16.4% Doesnt seem all that good :confused: How accurate has it been for the rest of you? Guess now I have something numberwise to reference to, and improve from there.
