Hi. Some of my muscles on the right side(mostly my back mucles) are little bit bigger than on the left. Problem is when I do my weights it feels like i worked out only on my right side. Yesterday I did my back wokout and today feels like i worked out only my right side. How could I fix this problems. Daos any one else have this problem?

Never had it, wonder what you are describing. Do db rows, that might help, you can increase left side weights.

This is actually quite common. Even people who feel they are in balance don't realize they have slightly more musculature on one side. To correct this, use the weak side rules:
1. Do unilateral (one-sided) movements
2. Always work the weak side FIRST - so for you, you would always train the left side first
3. Never do more on the strong side than the week side. For example, lets say you do a one-armed pull-down and can only get 10 reps. Even if your right side could handle 15, you'd stop at 10.
Do this for several months and the muscles will come more into balance.

I have the same issue, my left side from my calves to my delts is slightly more developed. I can feel the difference when I lift also and don’t let my left side over compensate for my weaker right.

Thank you for your aswers. I probably try to do db rows only on my left side for a while, and I will try to folow those rules.
