I have been training again for about a month now, trying lots of different things to see what i like and how things work.

Form next week i am joining a new gym and starting fresh. I am trying to bulk and am going to do a max ot wokout.

i do have a few questions that i was hoping somebody could help with.

First off, i have been doing alot of shest work and not alot of back work, and i think my shoulders are begining to move forward. How can i stop/reverse this? what back workouts could i do? - any suggestions? should i stop treh chest for a few weeks?

Seccondly the cardio issue. HITT or low intensity? i am plaining to leave the cardio out unitl i start to feel that i am putting fat on, and then do either HITT or low intensity, but what is the best method, should i leave the cardo for a bit?

Low intensity cardio is best suited to your needs.

There are a whole host of back excersizes. Seated rows, pullups, deadlifts, close grip pulldowns. Check out www.exrx.net for more info.

I suggest either a lat pulldown with shoulder width underhand grip, done slowly with as much weight as possible 8-12 reps. Or a bent-over BB row.

If you ever feel the need for cardio, low intensity 65-75% walking or jogging for 20-40 minutes. You can cut rest between sets to 30 sec and obtain an aerobic benifit.

I think you should do more back work but don't stop training chest. Put more emphasis into your back training and it should even out soon. I don't think you did too much damage in a month of training. Don't just train the "Beach Muscles"! :tucool: As for cardio, the method you use consistently will be the one that works best for you. :gl:
