You need cardio. Try HIIT, or jog X miles/day, whatever you think you can do. Give it around two months and you should see results.
All the crunches in the world (well, maybe) won't trim the fat from your stomach.

No cardio means fat around your belly. Do cardio. 2 to 3 months. Start slowly and build up to HIIT. I would not do HIIT right now. It requires some preparation. Start jogging for a weak, then slowly running for another weak, the running (increasing intensity for 2 weaks) and on the 5th weak start HIIT. 3 months down the row, you will see your 6 pack - garanteed. Of course, you have to eat clean in addition to eat. In order to see your 6 pack, you should be at 10% or less body fat. Do the math. :gl:

You look about the same as me^^ What I didn't get at first was that you can't selectively lose fat. You can't work one part of your body and get the fat in it down. To get your stomach down you have to lose weight and fat everywhere (through diet and exercise). Then you'll be able to see your ab muscles once the fat covering them is cleared away. All about dieting and cardio. :)
