Hi everyone, This is my second week of Max OT and HIIT training. I have 3 day split on Max OT (in the evening)and I do 3 day HIIT (in the morning) on not the weight training day. The thing is that I started to like to come in the morning, because there is less people at that time, and I feel better during the day. I was thinking to go and do weights in the morning. Is there any difference between morning and evening workouts or its just same?

I never found much of a difference, and I've done both morning and evening workouts. In fact, I find I have a little more enthusiasm for it in the morning, being fresh out of bed when I go.

My only advice would be to have a little bit of carbs and a little bit of protein 30 minutes before you go to make sure your body has the fuel supply to put in a good workout.
