Hi everyone, This is my second week of Max OT and HIIT training. I have 3 day split on Max OT (in the evening)and I do 3 day HIIT (in the morning) on not the weight training day. The thing is that I started to like to come in the morning, because there is less people at that time, and I feel better during the day. I was thinking to go and do weights in the morning. Is there any difference between morning and evening workouts or its just same?
