Hi all,

As you can see, new to the forum and have been looking around other forums.
And must say, this one has to be the best with the most support from members and speak about encouragement :tucool:

Anyways, Am sure this may have been asked before(If so I am sorry)

I am 27, 6ft 1 and weighing a light 10 1/2 stone or just over.
Currently started taking creatine and waiting for progain to arrive.
Been lifting off and on for a while but after new year(Same as most lol) Decided time to kick my a** into really good shape.
Eating is hard for me (But started trying to get 5 meals a day and 4 litres of water)
I am a skinny, long armed and legged kinda guy.

As most ppl I am looking for the ulitmate program to aid me in my quest.
Been reading alot on the Max-OT and lots of you view it very good, Will it be the best for me? or should I be looking for something else?

If anyone has any advice etc, this would be very much appriecated..

Keep up the very good work everyone, you are all inspiration to the likes off me

You'll never know unless you try it. Results are unpredictable... personally, I didn't really care for MaxOT, but a lot of people swear by it. I wouldn't jump into MaxOT unless you're comfortable enough with your form that you can lift heavy. It sounds like you probably are, though, since you've been lifting off and on for a while.

I thought that might be the answer I would get :D

I'll give it a shot and see what happens, if anything...

I would put in my usual shot for HIT. It is also a good alternative for anyone. Do a search for discussions.
