what chest wieght lifting excersizes focus or help increase the part of the peck muscle located on the bottom and side? i know one cant isolate but one can focus a certain area... so what wieght lifting excersizes do this? im curious because i've been doing bench press and incline press and sometimes decline without noticing any changes at certain parts of the peck muscle specifically the bottom and side parts. im kinda flabby or fatty in those particular areas. thanks for any help you are able to provide.

Dude- I do regular bench and incline bench and it seems to work great on the outside and bottom of my pecks. I wonder if when your fat loss gets lower you will see the difference? Maybe time has something to do with it too, but I'm sure you will be seeing some results soon!

if you are still "flabby" then yeah, you still have too much fat covering them so you aren't seeing the definition.
My chest is like that too, the top is very solid but the bottom and sides are still flabby. I dont contribute it to lack of muscle, but to too much overlaying fat
From my experience, the angle at which you do your bench (incline, flat, decline) only changes how much you use your shoulders. For most (including me), you can do the least on the incline and the most on a decline
