Hi!

Today my cut starts. I had my first serious cardio session and I did some messurements. I am 199 lbs and about 14,3% bf. My two other friends are 14,5% and about 18%. We will be doing a messure about 1 time a month. Next time will be 5th of februari. Was amazed by the fact that my arms are still there 16,6 flex and totally unpumped. I also have not been in the gym for about three weeks. Holidays and sickness has keept me out of the weight room. Think this cut will be pretty easy. I have alot of mass and will stay at about 3000 cals for the first month. Don't know about gym time. Will be traveling in work for about 3 weeks. Hope to squezze in some workouts out of town...hopefully. Otherwise I will probably do some cardio sessions. Will see with happens. :)

Hi!

Actually did my second workout for the week last night. Had a cardio session on the swedish sales conference and yesterday I did the same thing and some weight lifting at the danish sales conference. Will try to hit the the gym every where and when ever I get a chance during my traveling. This is looking more promising then I thought.

Think the latest bulk picture is pretty ok. I am probably a couple pounds heavier but not so much. Will try to get down below 8%. ;)
Had a nice cardio session last night. feelt so good. Thought the stamina would be worse then it is but I am not that bad after all. Think my leg workouts have given med that extra overdrive. I don't get as much accid as before. :)

Good luck Ludvig! I'm looking forward to seeing this thread progress over time.

I'm also looking forward to seeing what ol' Ludvig will do this round! Put up some pics so we can see how you are progressing!! :) Glad to hear you are still able to excercise even though you are on a business trip! Thats dedication for ya! :tu:

Hi

Had another great session at the hotel gym. Did some weights and then a nice 20 minute hiit cardio session. I did change my interval length. Now doing 60x30 seconds instead of 30x30. My heart was racing but it feelt sooooo good. I am getting the motivation up for cutting. I have had a resistance in the body against this. When you are used to consuming alot of food you will get in trouble while cutting. Feel hungry and have alot of cravings. I have started with cutting out the goodies like candy and sugarbased products. Think that one will help me lose atleast 4-5 pounds in the coming weeks. Later on in februari I will start to take charge of the diet aswell.

Pants are starting to get bit more loose just after a couple of cardio session. I feel very positive about this. Have done minor changes to the diet aswell. Trying skip out the sweets and candy. I kinda comes automatically for me. The more I work out the better I eat. Those things come hand in hand for me. Today I am leaving for home. Tomorrow I will go to the gym and then I am leaving for finland. In the middle of next week things are going back to normal. Looking forward to that one.

Hi!

I am back home again. Now I won't be traveling for a while. Really looking forward getting back the gym and ripping down myself again. I arrived from helsinki last night and actually mananged to squezze in a cardio session before I had to hit the bed. First time I ran outside this year. Weather was nice with about - 2 celcius. Will do the gym today and then do some cardio. My journey down to 8% has started. My start out point this year is alot better. I have alot more muscle mass and alot less to lose even if I am kinda heavy right now. I will be able to eat more and keep the diet easier. Looking forward to these couple of months now.

Hi!

Starting to feel that I have lowered my intake and cut the refined sugar out. Have a sweet craving mostly in the evnings and yesterday was really bad but I sticked it out. It takes like a week or two to get that stuff out of the system. Can understand people that have eating disorders and are not able to mentally take it. It's not an easy thing specially if you don't have a knowlegde of the overall benefits. People at my job are complaning about me starting to cut. They say I look good already and just have a vainty attack. Maybe so, but I like the challenge between mind and body. The body part is easy. I have no motivational problems getting in the gym and doing the work. It's worse with the food. Have weak mind once in a while but as long as I get to my goals I am happy. This year it's tough. Getting down to 8% is not a walk in the park but hopefully I'll get there and still feel pretty ok. :)

Hi!

Thought I would start adding my yearly weight curve during my but. Here is the end of januari. Startered a cut at the 26th of januari. In the first five days I lost atleast 2-3 pounds of water just by changing my diet to good quality carbs. I was really bloated. Don't see that a permanent fatloss but it gives some to the appearance. :) As you can see I am floating just above the 90kg (196-197 lbs) mark at about 14% bf. This year feels alot easier then last year. I know what I need to do to get below the 10% :)
