How i went from 120-165 pounds in 1.5 years, lost 7% body fat, and got buff. First of all, you gotta be motivated. When i first started out i was very unhappy with the way i looked. Being so tall and so skinny, everyone would make fun of me. Family members, kids at school, everyone. I got really tired of it so i decided to work out and get buff. No one thought i could do it either, which was even more motivation. I knew i could do it, even if no one else did. Second you gotta have the right equipment. We already had an old WEIDER weight lifting machine, which helped a lot. I also went out and bought a free weight set to allow me to do more. Now i have a Crossbar platinum which is a great machine, and that allows me to do over 75 exercises. Next you have to read up about bodybuilding as much as possible. For about a week i spent everyday online reading training articles at places like bodybuilding.com. I learned all about nutrition and what to eat and when to eat it. I learned how important stretching is to your workout. I think now i know more than probably 4/5 of the people who lift in gyms every week. You have to make a workout plan, i put a bunch of different plans together that i read online the best parts of each one. You have to workout on a schedule, and never break the schedule. After a lil while i began to see results and it motivated me more. I began to lift more intensely and i began to see more results. You have to believe in yourself when u lift. Believe u can do it, believe u can get bigger. Wanna see my stats, look at my other post. other post (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=11408) Any questions for me im me...w8lifter1265

Why don't you post your workout and tell why you chose that method? Do you have pictures?

What changes did you make to your diet? you basely bulked, how many calories are you eating now?

Future goals?
