For motivation I am creating this thread, for the less vertically inclined members of this forum, like myself. I am 5'5 or so, 138 pounds. I estimate about 13% body fat although of course that sits differently on a much smaller frame than your average.

My aim is to get back to 9-10%, with some luck and willpower get to 8%.
From some calculations that appears to be about 15 pounds or so, which I hopefully will be able to achieve by easter.

Feel free to join in if you fit the description in the thread title :P

Woke up later than usual, browsed JSF for a bit, then realised that I hadn't actually gone for a run yet. So off I dash, trying to avoid the puddles of last night's rain. Naturally doing this directs you straight into the mud, so I might as well have had fun and jumped into every puddle that I could find. 30 minutes, 3 miles, at a guess about 75% effort.
By this time it was 10, after omelette breakfast, 10:30. Tomorrow should be fun, as all the kiddies should be back at school, and early morning cardio will be more intense, dodging all the bricks and twigs thrown in my general direction.
A tenuous 138 at the moment, I can never tell because the scales at home are absolutely shafted. The scales that I bought back in my student house is one of the swanky looking glass digital scales, too good looking to be scared of. So hopefully, once back at uni next week accurate weighins will commense.
