...and man, I got tired pretty darn quick.. Ah well.. I guess I'll just have to build up my stamina over a few weeks :) Another reason may be that I tired myself in the beginning because I started with the resistance on a higher level that I should have... Doesn't matter, though, because my stamina has definitely gone down the drain the last 5 years, and definitely (and sorely) needs rebuilding :p

I feel your pain! I have been running for awhile - was in great shape - then stopped. Started getting back in to it when I bought a new stationary bike 3 weeks ago - wow 20 minutes never seemed so long. But 3 weeks later I am pumping out 7 miles in 20 minutes and pretty soon moving to full out HIIT. You'll be fine, just stick with it - one thing...dont walk up stairs when you are done lol - you may fall.

Yeah take it slow and build up to it man, it won't take as long as you might think.

i still do my normal cardio on the lowest resistance. I find my legs ache well before i reach my cardio goals if i go for any level of resistance.

Nothing wrong with running at the lowest resistance, it's a cardio work out remember, not a leg muscle one :)
