before you start having a go about what I eat, please be aware that I am alergic to most foods, below is what I would normally eat in a day. All I want to know is how much you would expect me to lose by mid-July
I've been eating like this since last week, I have cut out all junk and snacking

7AM - 2 slices of wholemeal toast with Flora Light margerine
11AM - Low carb, high protein bar (60g, 240Cals)
12:30AM - Heinz microwave tomato soup (161Cals)
2PM - Skips crisps (88Cals) - maize crisps rather than potato (or "chips" as the Americans would call them)
3:30PM - TRAIN (30 mins hard cardio 4x a week - cross trainer - 75rpm with heart rate around 170 - 180bpm, weights 2x a week - core exercises - bench, squats, lat pulldowns, shoulder press etc)
5:30PM - Lean minced beef (100g), mashed potato (150g), 2 small yorkshire puddings (25g each) & 2 slices of dry wholemeal bread

all day I also drink around 12 pints of water

I am 27, 6' and weigh 112Kg/246lb/17st8lbs

I am getting married in July (just under 7 months) and want to look my best, I am wanting (but know I probably won't) to get down to 14st (196lbs/89kg), do you think this is possible with the amout/what I eat and how I train?

looks like you maybe starving yourself there...
7 - 12.30 its about 650 calories, max of 700.
and you have 90 cal worth of crisps an hour and half before doing exercise???..
and not sure but it looks like 500 cal for the last meal of the day??.

I'm never hungry, I never want to each much more than that

you question the crisps, may I ask why as I don't understand.

I have the bar, soup and crisps while at work, I eat them because they don't need to be prepared here at work and I spread them out through the day because I thought I was supposed to.

I don't really get an hours lunch as I need to be at my desk working so I have snack type foods while here

I would say 600-700 Cals for the last meal of the day

would you suggest protein shakes at any point?
I have a huge tub of Whey powder that I can drink with semi-skimmed milk (half and half?), I also have a flask so if I need to I can have it any time of day

I have trouble eating more than that simply because im never hungry. But by eating less your starvin your body.

Its not the crisp im questioning, its the lack of calories you have before you work out. Working out really takes it toll on your body and you dont consume enough calories to prevent your muscle from breaking down.

Your supposed to eat every 3hrs, about 350-500 depending on daily requirements.

The sticky will have some info on how to generate a rough calorie intake value.

I think you're underestimating the calorie content of your last meal.
I'd say around 800.
You're eating much at night, eating too little overall.

but I can't each much more during the day due to work/time, if I eat less at night then I'll be eating less overall, therefore starving myself

Maybe slip in a meal repalcement shake in the morning and afternoon that might get the cals up enough. and it's always easier to drink down a shake quickly then eat something..

move your last 2 bread slices to 2pm. Have another meal at 8pm (meat based). If you can't eat much during work then eat more at breakfast and balance it out throughout the day, by eating two slices of bread your only getting max of 200cals. Slap oatmeal or cereal for brekkie to up it at 500, and eat some fruits as snacks, but not too much as they have sugars.
