So i started on a Tuesday. Ill pick up Mondays by doubling tommorow.
Well it was a good workout. Kinda a trial and error since i didnt know what weight to use but next week i should beon target. The one thing i didnt do was leg raises with angel weights. What is this anway? Do i lift my leg up with my knee coming towards my chest? The school gym doesnt have ankle weights. Anyway. Im getting my nutrician in order to. Had eggs for breakfast, tuna for lunch, 1.5 lbs of chicken for dinner, water shakes etc. This will get better to once i have all my materials. Here are pics after first day. Hope they get better
