Hi. Is it ok to mix a dynamic stretching ( just couple exercizes that uses leg muscles, it is something like a squats but with no weight) with max ot? When Ido those stretching exercises I feel a little musce burn during the exercise. I do 1 set 20 reps of each. So should I Avoid dynamic stretching after leg workout or is it ok?
