Regarding fat loss supplements, what would be an optimal fat loss stack to take? I've heard that:
Caffiene
+ Green Tea/Extract
+ L-Carnitine
+ Taurine
is a good combination, can anyone confirm this, maybe from their own experiences? If not, what would you recommend instead?
If this is a good combo, what quantities should be taken? how many mg of each per day etc
