Ok, this is a generic question. Say your BMR is like 2500 and ur cutting so you're in the 2000 range.
then you lift 4x a week and do fasted, 45 min cardio 6x / week.
if you end up eating about 1700 calories, will the fat not go away, but the muscle? and be left with only the fat?
its not that i purposely eat that low, i just end up around there.
im worried im not eating enough, but the concept is still a tad bit daunting. eat more to lose the fat.
and where exactly is the BMR formula? 6'2'' 185 lbs
