whats the macronutrient breakdown of a cutting diet?
how much perecent protien, carbs and fat?
goal: loose fat, maintain and or build muscle.

Hes got some good info about why its better to keep protein round 30 rather then 40 when your cutting, well at least on non lifting days.

There really is no set macronutrient ratio that works for everybody. If I've learned anything these last few years, it's that you have to try an approach for a few weeks and adjust accordingly. This applies to eating, cardio, etc.
