Been working out for a while, little over 10 weeks now. I've been lifting :bb: heavy and doing cardio, started doing total body workout twice a week, but just recently moved to a four day split with cardio on off days.
In the ten weeks so far i've managed to lose 6.6% Body fat! :claphigh:
My medium term goal is to get down to sub 9%BF by the end of April 05.
This board is great, really enjoy reading the posts as i find most people here are very generous with their hard-gained knowledge!

on a different note... WAY TO GO good loss and keep it up, looka like you ghave kept with your routine..thats great man.. best of luck.. also whats ur diet like?

Hey thanks daDude, appreciate the kind words! My diet is kinda dynamic, i don't eat set foods, i just try to keep to my macronutrient ratios of 50%Protein/20%Carbs/30%Fats, or there abouts. But i make a point of getting in at least two cheat meals a week where i guzzle the carbs.... :D guess i'm kinda carb cycling????
My BMR is around 1750, i get in around 1300-1400 calories/day. I know this is a little on the low side, but experience has taught me to go a few hundred cals lower than normal to keep my fat loss going!
Yeah but generally i just use the nutritional content tables on the food packaging to monitor my grams for each day, but am considering using a kitchen scale to get really detailed logs going, as my weight loss has started to slow down lately! :p
Oh i also use ON's 100% Whey around 2-3 times a day :drool: , plus at least 20g extra glutamine too. Multivitamin, efa tablets, glucosamine/chondroitin and vitamin C tablets daily.
