im assuming f/p is fat and protien

unless your on keto you should have protien and carbs in every meal except no carbs before bed

you definitly want some low GI carbs like oatmeal first in the morning

my breakfast for cutting is like this

immiediatly when waking up

10oz milk 1 scoop whey

shower/get dressed

half cup oatmeal + one egg + multivitamin + 400iu vit 4 + 500mg vit c + b-complex

my before bed for cutting is

half cup cottage cheese + 10oz milk + multivitamin

for bulking i go to

20oz milk 2 scoops whey

1 cup oatmeal + 2 eggs + 3 eggwhites + multivitamin + 400iu vit 4 + 500mg vit c + b-complex

before bed bulking is

1 cup cottage cheese + 10 oz milk + multivitamin

So your saying not to eat any fat? Good fat is a must yo!

Only reason I ask these questions is cus its hard for me to have carbs at those meals. I can't eat for bfast (not hungry) so I can make a drink with fat .. and before bed I can do the same, saves me alot of time and I don't have much anymore because of school and now a job heheh.

Other meals I'll have p / c (Most likely one meal will be Whole wheat bread as my carb and other will be brown rice)

you gotta have oats (or at least some good carbs) to start your diet, its like a must
also please dont tell me your following the "no carbs+fat" mythology, its outdated and has been disproved many times

why is that a horrible cutting diet?

no larryNC, im not saying dont do fat at all. Your body NEEDS fat to function. And if you can drink a meal, you can eat one regularly. Saying your not hungry is no excuse. Force yourself to eat.

that is a ton of a simple sugar early in the morning. I try to avoid all simple sugars until my banana pre-workout, then my dex immediately post-workout. Eggs are solid. Whey is solid. Flax is solid. Steak is solid. Natural PB on spoon is solid.

:tu:

'I can't eat breakfast' translation: I can't be bothered to eat breakfast because my diet and weight loss are not that important to me.

I'm sorry, statements like that really anoy me. Obviously you don't really mean 'can't', but every time someone says something like that its make me think about all the millions of people in the world who really can't do something that they would love to be able to do.

Anyway, I didn't mean to be rude, but the 'I'm not hungry' is unlikely to get you any sympathy on this forum.

milk is not simple - is basically medium gi
whey only has 1g carbs
oatmeal is complex
eggs have like 1g carbs

Where are the simple sugars? I cant find them. Please be able to back up what you say from now on before posting ludacris things.

lol.

I said that because I was feeling sick after I ate, I figured out what to do: Eat 30mins After I wake, now I'm eating eggs and ham for bfast, good stuff.

The oatmeal issue for me is like the Cottage cheese issue with people, I don't like the texture, and it tastes like crap to me lol, even If I doctor it with splenda, apples and cinnamon it still tastes *fake* to my body.. may i have some examples of a good doctored oatmeal?

Also, I can eat good fats with complex carbs now?

Yes, as of today it's ok to have them together. Seriously, you're going to hear some people tell you that it's a good idea to seperate them and some people tell you that idea is mythology. Luckily, you have the option to believe either one, so do what works best for you. Isn't freewill great?
