I thought it was time to commit a bit deeper to my program by posting my pics here.

Some notes:

My vanity says disregard my face. All pics are taken at 2 AM.

The first picture is from 13th of January, and the last two from yesterday (13th of February). During this time, I've only been really working out for the last two weeks, and my real max-ot and cardio routine wasn't implemented until this past week, so count these as respectively week 1 and week 3 pics.

I am flexing a little bit more in the second pic than in the first.

sorry, the pictures were in the wrong order. In the above text, pictures 1, 2 and 3 are actually pictures 3, 1 and 2, respectively.

Nice job! Your lovehandles are disappearing and your arms have definitely muscled up. How much weight/BF% have you lost?

See, the cool thing is that you don't have to tell us the order of the pics. It's pretty obvious which picture was taken first. Great job!
You can see the progress all around, but your triceps are a significant change. How are you working those?
