Hey all!

First off --- HAPPY NEW YEARS!

Okay, on to business. I was checking out some info at bodybuilding.com and saw this product:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/syn/subdue.html (Subdue)

It is an appetite suppressant, and usually they have ephedra/ephedrine but this one does not. I am generally okay with my diet lately, but at night, especially at like 10 or 11 PM (I go to bed around 1 or 2 AM usually if it matters) I get really really hungry and sometimes make bad decisions.

Do you think this product could help, or is it just more crap that serves no purpose?

I personally wouldnt use it. I'd rather achieve my goals with the knowledge that I had the mind and will power to overpower my cravings.

I have that problem as well; late at night the cravings really attack me. If I think my will power might fail I often have a bowl of low joule jelly where one large bowl has about 11 cals and that fills me up enough to stop thinking about other foods, and it tastes pretty good, kind of like a treat.

Its just jelly but made with artificial sweetner. Hence it has reduced calories. You should be able to find it in any supermarket.

EDIT: a Joule is just a unit of measurement for energy, like a calorie.

*BUMP!*

I was wondering if anyone has tryed this product?
Side effects?
Does it work well - or just kinda?

This is all i use aderal for nowadays since it doesnt really help me focus anymore, and i figure this is cheaper than visiting a shrink once every 8 weeks + meds.

Thanks for any feedback!
Disclaimer - i know i should learn to control my cravings rather than using chemicals, but oh well, so no preaching ;)

Give my company's thermogenic called Thermocin (http://www.atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?osCsid=1b99ab5ca662b875b85e40 831ae2f094&products_id=4&osCsid=1b99ab5ca662b875b85e40831ae2f094) a try.

It will not only aid your quest to lose fat directly (lipolysis etc.) it will also help to curb your appetite.

I don't know about this particular product. I have heard good things about At Large Nutrition's thermocin. Just wondering-is there a reason you don't want to eat close to bedtime? It shouldn't effect fat loss so long as the food is high quality and factored into your macros. Planning a healthy last meal might be a good plan of attack so you don't eat the junk.
