These are offered by Kent Nutritionals. The research I found was rather limited. Anyone have an experience or thoughts about them?

This is what I found:
c. Silymarin -- Milk Thistle, It seems rather narrow in usefulness, it is supposed to be a protector of the liver and immune system

d. Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) -- Good for, among other things, shiny hair strong nails and softening of the skin. That I like the idea of.

e. Arginine Monochloride --- Supposed to enhance response to HGH
produced in body and enhance lean muscle mass 500mg to 6 grams, recommended 2x 3 grams per day. This intrigues me.

This intrigues me.Arginine is the main ingredient found in supplements that fall under the NO2, NOX, Nitrous category. These products are just glorified (and overpriced) versions of arginine. Arginine increases vascularity and gets the blood flowing to your muscles. Taking it gives a big "pump" feeling to a weight lifting workout. How effective it is in really delivering bigger muscles is pretty questionable, but so many people get a psychological rush from the pumped up feeling that its effectiveness usually isn't questioned.
