How should the creatine intake be when you're just starting with it?
I tried a search, but couldnt find any threads.

Bluestreak Thu, December 30th, 2004, 10:16 AM To rehash just a bit... Jeremy Likness has a great article on creatine use. (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/likness2.htm) The only thing I would not do is the loading phase. I've always just done 5-g's a day of creatine when using it. I always take it immediately post-workout with some sort of simple sugar (Gatorade powder works great) and 200-mg's of ALA. I do a three weeks on, one week off cycle as he suggests. I tried longer cycles (up to 3 mos. on, 1 mo. off) and saw lesser results. -R |
