Just a quick simple question.

How much is the "normal" amount of bodyfat % can someone expect to lose per month? I would just like to have some sort of general idea so I can better chart my progress.

I'd actually like to know the same thing, but I guess it really depends on your bodytype, age, activity level etc. I myself am 176lbs, 16.5% BF (currently), 21yrs old, and eat between 1800-2000 calories a day of clean food on a 20/40/40 diet. Just wanna gage when I can expect to be around 10% Bodyfat. I work out 7 days a week, cardio 4 days, lifting the other 3.

Thats a good question, I'm not to sure about bodyfat% but you should be losing 0.5-1kg per week or 1-2lbs per week. Quicker than that and you risk losing too much lean muscle mass.
