I know that foods in can labeled "In oil" whether it's vegetable, soya or olive oil usually contains a lot of fats. For example, a can of tuna in water only contains about 1-2 g of fats. But a can of tuna in vegetable oil contains up to 9-12 g of fats. :d_eek:

Now my question is, how about if the are canned in "natural oil"? I'm curiuos what this means. For example, "mackerel in natural oil", can anybody explain please, and does it add fat to the natural fat being contained in the mackerel? Is it also healthy to eat this stuff if I drain the oil fist? :eat:
